BPSC 72nd CCE 2026 क्या है — Bihar की IAS/IPS Entry
अगर आप Bihar में Deputy Collector, DSP, Revenue Officer, BDO जैसे अफसर बनना चाहते हैं — तो BPSC CCE वह परीक्षा है जो यह सपना पूरा करती है।
Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) ने 5 May 2026 को 72nd Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) का official notification जारी किया। यह Bihar का सबसे प्रतिष्ठित state-level civil services exam है। हर साल 5 से 8 लाख candidates apply करते हैं।
इस बार कुल 1,186 vacancies announce हुई हैं। शुरुआत में 1,230 vacancies थीं, लेकिन Sugarcane Industry Department के 44 Ekhya Padadhikari (ईख पदाधिकारी) पदों को बाद में corrigendum के जरिए हटाया गया — क्योंकि उस post का exam pattern और eligibility अलग है।
72nd CCE एक Integrated Exam है — तीन Tables मिलाकर:
- Table I — 72nd CCE (मुख्य परीक्षा): 1,077 पद — SDO, DSP, Revenue Officer, BFAS जैसे Group A/B posts
- Table II — CDPO + Bihar Financial Administrative Service: 52 पद
- Table III — Sub-Divisional Conservation Officer (Women Only): 57 पद
यानी एक ही application से तीन अलग-अलग streams के posts के लिए consider हो सकते हैं Read More।

Revenue Officer के 488 posts इस भर्ती की सबसे बड़ी opportunity हैं — General category के aspirants के लिए यह सबसे accessible route है।
SDO और DSP posts prestigious हैं लेकिन seats कम हैं — इनके लिए competition कहीं ज्यादा कड़ा होता है।
Eligibility — कौन Apply कर सकता है?
शैक्षणिक योग्यता:
अधिकतर Posts (SDO, DSP, Revenue Officer आदि): किसी भी UGC-recognized university से किसी भी stream में Graduation।
Sub Registrar: Law degree preferred। CDPO (Table II): Home Science, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology या किसी भी stream में Graduation।
Final year students apply कर सकते हैं — लेकिन Document Verification तक Degree complete होनी चाहिए।
आयु सीमा (01 August 2026 के अनुसार):
Minimum age post के अनुसार 20, 21 या 22 साल।

जरूरी बात: 72nd CCE, CDPO exam और BFAS exam तीनों अलग-अलग exams माने जाते हैं। अगर एक से ज्यादा में apply कर रहे हैं तो हर exam के लिए अलग fee देनी होगी।
Aadhar Link: Aadhar को application से link करें — इससे biometric surcharge से बचेंगे।
Online Form कैसे भरें — Step-by-Step
Step 1: Official Portal खोलें जाएं → bpsconline.bihar.gov.in — सिर्फ यही official portal।
Step 2: One Time Registration (OTR) करें पहली बार apply कर रहे हैं? OTR करें — नाम, Email, Mobile, Aadhar Number से।
Pro Tip: OTR में जो नाम भरें वो exactly Graduation certificate के अनुसार हो।
Step 3: Login और Application Form भरें Personal details, educational qualification, post preference, category — सब ध्यान से भरें।
Step 4: Documents Upload करें
- Passport Size Photo (recent, white background, JPG)
- Signature (plain white paper पर, JPG)
- Graduation Certificate / Marksheet
- Caste Certificate (Bihar का, अगर applicable)
- Domicile Certificate
Step 5: Fee Pay करें Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, UPI से।
Step 6: Submit और Print करें Confirmation page का PDF save करें।
2026 का नया Exam Pattern — Option E क्या है?
⚠️ Option E — सबसे बड़ा बदलाव जो हर candidate को पता होना चाहिए
BPSC ने इस बार Prelims OMR में Option E introduce किया है। इसका मतलब है:
- पहले: कोई row खाली छोड़ दो — कोई penalty नहीं
- अब: अगर OMR में कोई row blank छोड़ी (Option E mark नहीं किया) — तो भी 1/3 negative marking लगेगी
यानी Option E = “Not Attempted” का option है। जो question नहीं करना उसमें Option E bubble भरना होगा। Blank row = wrong answer।
यह बदलाव बड़ा है। जो candidates randomly छोड़ते थे — उन्हें अब हर question के बारे में conscious decision लेनी होगी।

Prelims Syllabus (एक paper, सभी topics से): General Science, Current Events, Indian और Bihar History, India और Bihar Geography, Indian Polity और Economy, Bihar’s Economy (independence के बाद), India’s National Movement और Bihar’s contribution, General Mental Ability।
Bihar-specific content पर ध्यान दें: BPSC Prelims में Bihar से related questions consistently आते हैं — Bihar का geography, history, culture, economy, recent developments। यह उन candidates को advantage देता है जो Bihar-specific preparation करते हैं।
Stage 2: Mains Exam (Final Merit का आधार)
Mains Exam Date: 21–25 November 2026
Mains में shortlisting ratio है — Vacancies का 10 गुना candidates Mains के लिए बुलाए जाते हैं।

General Hindi और Optional Subject qualifying हैं — इनके marks Final Merit में नहीं जुड़ते।
CDPO/FAO/Sub-Divisional Conservation Officer के लिए: Essay paper की जगह post-specific Optional Subject का paper (300 marks) होता है।
Language: Mains papers Hindi, English या Urdu में — एक language choose करो, mixing नहीं।
Stage 3: Interview (Personality Test)
Interview: 120 marks Mains से 2.5 गुना vacancies के बराबर candidates interview के लिए बुलाए जाते हैं।
Interview में क्या होता है: Personality, communication, general awareness, leadership potential, Bihar-specific knowledge।
Final Merit = Mains (900) + Interview (120) = 1,020 marks
Post-Wise Salary — कितना मिलेगा?
BPSC 72nd CCE 2026 में salary 7th Pay Commission के अनुसार है।

Selected candidates की gross salary लगभग ₹62,000 प्रति माह होती है जिसमें DA, HRA, Transport Allowance शामिल हैं।

Prelims Preparation — 57 दिन में क्या करें?
26 July 2026 आने में अब 57 दिन बचे हैं। Strategic preparation:
Bihar History (15-20 questions expected): Ancient Bihar (Magadha Empire, Nalanda, Vikramshila), Medieval Bihar (Shershah Suri), Modern Bihar (1857 revolt, Champaran Satyagraha), Bihar State Formation।
Indian और Bihar Geography (10-15 questions): Bihar के districts, rivers (Ganga, Gandak, Kosi), geographic regions, agriculture (धान, मक्का, गन्ना)।
Indian Polity (10-12 questions): Constitution, Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles, Parliament, Judiciary — NCERT 11th Political Science।
General Science (10-12 questions): Class 10 level — Physics, Chemistry, Biology। NCERT books best source।
Current Affairs (10-15 questions): Last 6 months — Bihar and National। Bihar Cabinet decisions, schemes, appointments।
