यह Scheme क्या है? — 12वीं के बाद Indian Navy Officer बनने का सबसे सीधा रास्ता
अगर आपने 12वीं PCM से की है, JEE (Main) 2026 दिया है और देश की सेवा करने की इच्छा है — तो Indian Navy की यह scheme शायद सबसे बेहतरीन मौका है जो आपके सामने आ सकता था।
इस scheme में चुने गए candidates को Indian Naval Academy (INA), Ezhimala में 4 साल का पूरा B.Tech program मिलता है — books, clothing, खाना, रहना, सब कुछ Indian Navy की तरफ से free। Training पूरी होने पर Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) की B.Tech degree मिलती है और Indian Navy के Technical Branch में Sub Lieutenant के रूप में Permanent Commission।
सीधे शब्दों में — 12वीं के बाद न engineering college की fees, न hostel का खर्च, न JEE counselling की दौड़। बस JEE का rank, SSB interview, और अगर select हुए तो 4 साल बाद एक Indian Navy Officer।
यह scheme Permanent Commission के लिए है — यानी यह short service नहीं है। Indian Navy में Technical Branch के permanent officer बनने का मौका है Read More।

Vacancies — कितने पद, किस Branch में?
इस भर्ती में कुल 60 vacancies हैं — 30 Mechanical Engineering के लिए और 30 Electronics & Communication Engineering के लिए।
इसके अलावा एक special stream भी है:
INA में training के दौरान merit और qualification के आधार पर 7 candidates को Naval Architecture & Shipbuilding में B.Tech के लिए NCW, Kochi में stream किया जाएगा।
यानी अगर आप Civil या structural engineering जैसी field में interest रखते हैं — Naval Architecture एक unique और rare career path है जो सिर्फ यहाँ मिलता है।
Eligibility — कौन Apply कर सकता है?
आयु सीमा:
इस भर्ती के लिए candidates का जन्म 2 July 2007 से 1 January 2010 के बीच होना चाहिए (दोनों dates inclusive)।
यानी January 2027 course शुरू होने के समय आपकी उम्र 17 से 19 साल के बीच होनी चाहिए।
शैक्षणिक योग्यता:
Candidates को किसी recognized board से 10+2 (Senior Secondary) में Physics, Chemistry और Mathematics में कम से कम 70% aggregate marks और English में (10th या 12th में से किसी में भी) कम से कम 50% marks होने चाहिए। साथ ही JEE (Main) 2026 appear करना अनिवार्य है।
एक जरूरी बात: Application Form में आपको अपना JEE (Main) 2026 का CRL (Common Rank List) Rank भरना होगा। बिना JEE rank के apply नहीं कर सकते।
Marital Status:
सिर्फ Unmarried male और female candidates apply कर सकते हैं।
Application Fee — एक अच्छी खबर
इस भर्ती के लिए किसी भी category के candidate से कोई application fee नहीं ली जाएगी।
यह सुनने में छोटी बात लगती है, लेकिन बड़ी राहत है। Form भरने में एक रुपया नहीं लगेगा।
Online Form कैसे भरें — Step-by-Step
Step 1: Official Website खोलें जाएं → joinindiannavy.gov.in — सिर्फ यही official website है।
Step 2: New Registration करें “Register” option पर click करें। Basic details भरें — नाम, Email, Mobile Number। OTP से verify करें।
Step 3: Login करके Application Form खोलें Registration के बाद मिले credentials से login करें। “Apply” link पर click करें।
Step 4: Personal और Academic Details भरें यहाँ ध्यान से भरें:
- Personal details (Class 10 certificate के अनुसार)
- 12वीं के PCM और English marks
- JEE (Main) 2026 Roll Number और CRL Rank
Pro Tip: JEE (Main) 2026 का CRL Rank jeemain.nta.nic.in पर scorecard में मिलेगा। CRL Rank और Category Rank अलग होते हैं — Form में CRL Rank ही भरना है।
Step 5: Documents Upload करें
- Recent Passport Size Photo (white background)
- Signature की scanned copy
- JPG/TIFF format में
Step 6: Review करें और Submit करें Submit से पहले सब details एक बार check करें। 12वीं marksheet, JEE scorecard, और 10वीं certificate साथ रखकर verify करें।
Step 7: Print निकालें Submitted form का printout लें और safe रखें।
Selection Process — JEE Rank से लेकर Commission तक
यह scheme unique है क्योंकि Indian Navy कोई अलग written exam नहीं लेती। Selection JEE की performance और SSB interview पर based है।
Stage 1: JEE (Main) 2026 CRL-Based Shortlisting
Naval Headquarters JEE (Main) 2026 के All India Common Rank List (CRL) के आधार पर SSB interview के लिए cutoff fix करती है। Candidates को Application Form में CRL rank भरनी होगी।
Indian Navy का cutoff हर batch में अलग होता है और officially announce होता है।
Stage 2: SSB Interview
SSB Interviews Bengaluru, Bhopal, Kolkata या Visakhapatnam में September 2026 से शुरू होंगे।
SSB Interview 5 दिन का होता है। इसमें क्या होता है:
- Day 1 — Screening: Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) Test, Picture Perception और Discussion Test (PPDT)। इसी दिन roughly आधे candidates return कर दिए जाते हैं।
- Day 2-4 — Testing:
- Psychology Tests — TAT, WAT, SRT, SDT
- Group Testing Officer (GTO) Tasks — Group Discussions, Group Planning, Outdoor tasks, Command Task
- Personal Interview — IO के साथ
- Day 5 — Conference: सभी assessors एक साथ final recommendation करते हैं।
SSB में “recommended” होना सबसे कठिन हिस्सा है। यहाँ marks नहीं, personality और officer-like qualities देखी जाती हैं।
Stage 3: Medical Examination
SSB recommend किए गए सभी candidates की Medical Examination होती है जो 10+2 (B.Tech) entry के standards के अनुसार होती है। जो candidates NDA/INA January 2027 के लिए medically fit declare हो चुके हैं, उन्हें दोबारा medical exam नहीं देना होगा। किसी भी grounds पर medical standards में relaxation नहीं है और medical hospital या center बदलने की permission नहीं है।
Stage 4: Final Merit List
Final Merit List SSB performance और medical fitness के आधार पर तैयार होती है। Final appointment police और character verification और vacancy position पर depend करता है।
Training और Life at INA Ezhimala — यह कोई ordinary college नहीं है
Selected candidates 4 साल की B.Tech program के लिए INA, Ezhimala में Cadets के रूप में inducted होते हैं। Electronics & Communication Engineering या Mechanical Engineering में B.Tech होती है, और merit के आधार पर कुछ candidates को Naval Architecture & Shipbuilding में stream किया जाता है।
INA Ezhimala केरल के Kannur जिले में है — अरब सागर के किनारे। यह Asia के सबसे बड़े naval academies में से एक है।
Training में क्या होता है:
- Academic lectures और labs — Engineering subjects
- Physical training — Swimming, Sailing, Athletics
- Naval drills और discipline
- Seamanship — ships पर practical training
- Leadership development
Training के दौरान पूरा खर्च — books, reading material, uniform, खाना, accommodation — Indian Navy उठाती है।
Stipend और Salary — Training से Commission तक
4 साल की training के दौरान Cadets को ₹56,100 प्रति माह stipend मिलता है।
Commission के बाद Sub Lieutenant की salary ₹1,10,000 से ₹1,25,000 प्रति माह तक होती है जो branch और allowances पर depend करती है।

Medical Standards — पहले से Check करें
Indian Navy की medical standards strict हैं। कुछ common points:
- Eyesight: Prescribed vision standards — spectacles वाले candidates eligibility notification में medical guidelines देखें
- Height: Minimum height standards apply होती हैं (official notification में देखें)
- Tattoo Policy: Certain tattoos allowed, certain not — official site पर guidelines हैं
- Color Vision: Color blindness disqualifying हो सकती है — पहले eye specialist से check करवाएं

10 Common सवाल
Q1. क्या Girls भी apply कर सकती हैं? हाँ। Unmarried male और female दोनों candidates इस scheme के लिए eligible हैं।
Q2. JEE में कितना rank होना चाहिए? Indian Navy हर batch के लिए अलग cutoff fix करती है। Generally top 1-2 lakh CRL rank वाले shortlist होते हैं — लेकिन exact cutoff vary करता है। Lower rank = higher chance।
Q3. Application Fee कितनी है? कोई application fee नहीं है।
Q4. B.Tech की degree कहाँ से मिलेगी? Training पूरी होने पर Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) की B.Tech degree मिलती है।
Q5. Training के दौरान घर जा सकते हैं? हाँ — Annual Leave का provision होता है। लेकिन यह military training है, कोई regular college नहीं।
Q6. SSB fail होने पर क्या होगा? SSB में “Not Recommended” होने पर उस batch के लिए selection नहीं होगा। अगली batch के लिए फिर से apply करना होगा (age limit में हों तो)।
Q7. क्या 12वीं दे रहे हैं — apply कर सकते हैं? Result आ चुका हो और minimum 70% PCM और 50% English हो — तभी eligible हैं।
